Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

• • We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in original condition with tags attached.
• • Sale items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• • Underwear, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

How to Return

   Log into your account and go to "Order History" to initiate a return request.

   Print the return label and packing slip provided in your return confirmation email.

   Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible.

   Drop off the package at your nearest postal service location.

   Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability of your preferred item.
